This page explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, how long we keep it and how to ask us to delete it.

What we collect
- What you tell us in a form: your name, mobile number, community or locality, home type, possession month, preferred contact method and anything you write in the message box.
- Context about your enquiry: which page you submitted it from, which form it was, and how you arrived at the site (referrer and campaign parameters).
- Analytics: anonymous usage data through Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — which pages are viewed, how long for, and where people click.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry, arrange a site visit, prepare a quote, and improve the website. We ask for your consent with a tick box before any form is submitted, and we only contact you about the enquiry you made.
Who we share it with
Nobody, other than the services we use to run the site and handle enquiries: our website host, Google (Sheets and Analytics), Microsoft (Clarity) and our email provider. We do not sell your details and we do not pass your number to other contractors or to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiry and project records are kept while a project is live and for as long as we are required to keep them afterwards. The exact periods are being confirmed with our advisor and will be stated here. Ask us to delete your details at any point and we will, unless we are required to keep them.
Your rights

Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies. Analytics scripts load after the page is usable, and campaign parameters are kept only for the duration of your visit, in your own browser.
Photographs
We only publish photographs of a client's home, and only quote a client, with their written permission. If you have given permission and want it withdrawn, tell us and we will take the material down.
