Interior cost estimate for your Bangalore home

Tell us the type of home, what is in scope and the level of finish, and we will show you a ballpark range. It takes about three minutes, and the questions use real dimensions rather than words like 'standard'.

  1. 01 Tell us about the home

Type of home, which rooms are in scope, and the level of finish. Every size option shows its typical dimensions, so nothing is guesswork.

  2. 02 Verify who you are

A one-time code to your mobile and a verified email. It keeps the estimate between us and stops the form being scraped.

  3. 03 See your range

A ballpark range on screen and in your inbox, with a summary of what it covers.

This is a ballpark estimate based on your answers and typical sizes. Your final quotation is prepared only after our designer visits your site, takes exact measurements, and you approve the design and materials. Prices exclude 18% GST.

Why a range, not a price

Two flats with the same floor plan can differ by a wall length, a beam, or a builder fitting that has to be worked around. Anyone quoting a firm price before measuring is either padding it or will revise it later. The range narrows to a fixed quotation after the free site measurement.

What moves the number most

  • Scope — kitchen and wardrobes only, or the whole home
  • Carcass grade, chosen per room rather than one blanket specification
  • Shutter finish, and whether it is uniform or mixed
  • Hardware tier, which is what you touch every day
  • Whether false ceiling, lighting and painting are included

Questions about cost

What does a free site visit include?

A designer comes to your flat, measures every relevant wall, checks the builder's electrical and plumbing points, and talks through how you actually use each room. You get a written scope and an indicative cost, not a hard-sell. There is no charge and no obligation to continue.

How do payments work?

It depends. The stages follow the scope: a modular kitchen made off site and a full home with site work do not have the same milestones.

What decides it

  • The scope of work
  • How much is made off site versus built on site
  • Whether materials you have chosen need ordering in advance

What we check at the site visit

  • The full scope, so the quotation is itemised rather than a lump sum
  • What has to be ordered early, and when

The schedule is set out in your agreement before any money changes hands, and nothing is due before you have seen an itemised quotation.

Quartz or granite for the countertop?

It depends. Granite is porous and needs sealing; quartz is non-porous and costs more. Which is right depends on how your kitchen is actually used.

What decides it

  • How often something is left on the counter before it is wiped
  • Whether you cook with turmeric and beetroot daily
  • The run length, and how visible a seam would be
  • Budget, since quartz is the dearer of the two

What we check at the site visit

  • The counter run, so we know where a joint would fall
  • Sink, hob and drainboard positions before the slab is cut
